This project was created to assist people in immediate need of assistance. If you have a Letter of Intent to Hire from an employer, but that employer requires you to have certain items such as work boots or tools before you can start the job, this may be the answer for you. This project strives to offer help to those in need as quickly as possible.
How to Apply
As of now, this project is based on the current funding status. You must call us first to verify what funding is currently available and the required documents you will need for your appointment to apply for entry into the Employment Project. The receptionist will give you an appointment time if available. You can contact the FIT office at 702-367-4348.
Once you have scheduled an appointment, you can apply by appearing at the FIT building at your appointed day and time. FIT is located at 1931 Stella Lake Drive, Las Vegas, NV. That is just southwest of the corner of Lake Mead Blvd. and Martin L. King. Please be on time for your appointment.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the Employment Project you must:
- Have a valid and unexpired picture identification
- Have your Social Security card
- Have a Letter of Intent to Hire from an employer that meets the requirements described above
