“I just hated to see people unable to move forward in their lives,” she said. In the 25 years since she began FIT, nearly 4,200 unemployed and underemployed Nevadans have found jobs that pay enough to make them able to support a family without public assistance.
Crystal has over 20 years’ experience in the non-profit sector focusing on the betterment of the community and its people. “I am so happy to be working for FIT and seeing how FIT is changing the lives of Las Vegans one person at a time.” In her spare time, Crystal likes to read true crime novels, travel and spend time with her Godchildren in California.

I’m an IT professional with over 20 years of experience in Systems and Network Administration and IT management. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive expertise in maintaining servers, workstations, software programs, and websites. I take pride in ensuring all our IT systems run smoothly, supporting our mission with reliable and efficient technology solutions. Being part of the FIT family allows me to combine my love for technology with my commitment to community impact. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my work contributes to initiatives that create opportunities and empower others. With certifications across multiple technical disciplines and degrees in Psychology and Network Systems Administration, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and people-focused insight to my work. My work is driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to reliability, ensuring that our team can focus on making a difference without worrying about the tools they use.

Angelo was born and raised in Italy until he came to the US about 20 years ago. He found a home at FIT in 2022 and tirelessly works to keep our books in order. In his spare time he likes playing soccer. Ad Maiora!
Heather is originally from South Carolina. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching movie. She is also a country music fan!! I'm so happy to be working with my FIT FAMILY!!
Being born and raised in Las Vegas, NV I have always had the urge to want to give back to my community. Even if its just having my foot in the door and being the first-person people see when they walk in the building that has changed many, many life’s. Therefore, I am so honored to be a part of the FIT family.

Tameya is a Las Vegas native and has always had a passion for helping others. “Being at FIT allows me to give back to the community in a way that will impact the people we work with for years down the road. My hope is that I can have a positive influence on everyone I come in contact with and that our services will motivate them to keep going in life.” In her free time Tameya enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and trying new restaurants.

Jennifer has been working in social services since 2021. She enjoys providing support and guidance to individuals who are in need. In her free time, she finds joy spending time with her dog and family.

Roshian has been working with the justice involved population for 8 years, helping people to reintegrate back into society. "Working here at FIT allows me to continue to help people from different backgrounds find stable employment and reach their vocational goals."
Arianna is originally from Long Beach, California but has lived in Las Vegas for most of her life. She is passionate about giving back to the community and helping others. “I am excited to be a part of the FIT family to assist others in improving their lives. The FIT family cares and wants to see everyone succeed.” Arianna's favorite form of self-care is going to the gym. She also loves to try out new food places around the city in her free time.

I am originally from Morelia, Mexico but I have been living in Las Vegas for most of my life. Having grown up in Vegas, I have seen our town change in many ways. I have always wanted to give back to my community and my goal has always been to be in a position where I can help people improve their lives. In my free time I also enjoy travelling, listening to music, and all things Tolkien.
Tamara is originally from West Covina, CA but has lived in Arizona most of her life. She has been working in mental health and social services since 2014. Tamara loves to help her community and those in need. “I love what we do here at FIT and what we stand for. I love being able to help from start to finish and being part of a success story. We all win!” In her free time, Tamara enjoys spending time with family/friends and going out trying new things.

Alexzandria is originally from Colorado Springs, CO and has lived in Las Vegas for over 14 years now. She is passionate about identifying the many barriers’ clients may face and helping them become self-sufficient. “Growing up in and out of the system, has aspired me to become a social worker because I know I can help others that may not see that light at the end of the tunnel. I can relate to many of the barriers clients face and often that is what clients need, someone who they can relate to, to push them to be better.” Alexzandria is grateful to be a part of the team at FIT. “I am grateful that I can come to work and change the livelihood of one client at a time.”
In her free time, Alexzandria enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her loved ones.
Danielle is originally from Long Beach, CA but has lived in Las Vegas, NV for over 9 years. She has a degree in Psychology and is putting it to good use. She has years of providing case management to vulnerable populations. “I love being able to witness the hope in my client’s eyes when they realize their goals can become a reality.” In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, traveling to new places, and enjoying everything life has to offer.

Elisia is a Las Vegas native who strives to help people succeed. She has worked in mental health and social services for 4 years and plans on many more. “FIT’s dedication to serve the community inspires me and leaves a lasting legacy on each individual helped.” In her free time, Elisia enjoys traveling, trying new things, and playing softball with friends.
Claudia is originally from San Fernando Valley, California and has lived in Las Vegas for a long time. She has worked with vulnerable populations for almost 9 years. She enjoys connecting individuals to resources based on their needs so that they can achieve their long-term goals. “I am grateful to be part of the FIT team and I am excited to learn as much as possible. Most importantly, I look forward to making a difference while supporting individuals in improving their lives.” She enjoys working out, reading and spending time with family and friends as well as playing with her Pitbull Lola.
Taylor has lived in Las Vegas for over 12 years and obtained a BA in Psychology from UNLV. She has years of experience assisting vulnerable populations, such as individuals struggling with their mental health, substance abuse, homelessness, lack of resources and difficulties finding sustainable employment. “I firmly believe we all need support and guidance to find inspiration and reach our goals. I have a passion for being a helping hand and assisting others in achieving success and fulfilment. It is an honor to be apart of the FIT fam and have an opportunity to do just that!” Taylor enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring the city and playing with her fur baby in her spare time.

Leslie is a native of Las Vegas who is passionate about giving back to her community. “There is no better feeling than watching the life of individuals change with the help of your support" Leslie is thrilled to be a part of FIT because of the positive effects their mission has had on so many individuals and their families. .
In her free times, Leslie enjoys traveling, spending time with loves ones, and reading.
I moved to Las Vegas 8 years ago from a small town in Arkansas. It was difficult adjusting from a very small community to a larger one. After volunteering throughout my new community and understanding its needs, it inspired me to do more. I have now been working with the vulnerable population for the past five years; providing resources and referrals for their specific needs and guidance to achieve their goals. I enjoy the work that I do – especially the work that assists with personal and professional growth for the people I interact with. Working at FIT allows me to continue my personal mission of creating a positive long-term impact in someone’s life.

Alex is passionate about helping people reach their full potential while treating people with dignity and respect. Sara always enjoys helping when she can. She loves being a part of FIT because the organization is all about helping people. In her free time, she loves trying different food places and loves spending time with her family.
Originating in central California, Isabella has risen as a trailblazing first-generation college graduate, fueled by an unwavering passion for aiding marginalized populations and bridging gaps for those in need. Her journey led her to attain a bachelor's degree from California State University Dominguez Hills. With a comprehensive background of 7 years in mental health and higher education, Isabella is resolutely dedicated to utilizing her honed skills to continue her mission of empowering the underserved within her community.
