“I just hated to see people unable to move forward in their lives,” she said. In the 25 years since she began FIT, nearly 4,200 unemployed and underemployed Nevadans have found jobs that pay enough to make them able to support a family without public assistance.

With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Crystal has dedicated her career to creating meaningful change in the community and improving the lives of those around her. Her passion for service and deep-rooted commitment to making a difference continue to guide her work every day. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys reading true crime novels, traveling, and spending cherished moments with her Godchildren in California.

She has years of experience in mental health and social services. In her free time, Elisia enjoys traveling, trying new things, and playing softball with friends.

Tamara is originally from West Covina, CA but has lived in Arizona most of her life. She has been working in mental health and social services since 2014. Tamara loves to help her community and those in need. In her free time, Tamara enjoys spending time with family/friends and going out trying new things.

Taylor has called Las Vegas home for over 12 years and brings deep experience supporting vulnerable populations. She has worked extensively with individuals facing mental health challenges, substance abuse, homelessness, and barriers to sustainable employment. Compassionate and resourceful, Taylor is committed to helping others overcome obstacles and build brighter futures. When she’s not making an impact, you can find her spending time with loved ones, exploring all that the city has to offer, or enjoying playtime with her beloved fur baby.

Dani is originally from Long Beach, California, but has proudly called Las Vegas home for over nine years. She brings years of experience providing compassionate case management to vulnerable populations, helping individuals navigate challenges and access the support they need. Outside of work, Dani loves spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations, and embracing all the joy life has to offer.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, traveling, attending live performances at the Smith Center, and spending quality time with her husband and their beloved cat. Her thoughtful, compassionate approach—both professionally and personally—reflects her commitment to making a difference every day.

As FIT’s Job Readiness Instructor, he is committed to guiding participants through the essential skills and attitudes needed to succeed, one day at a time. He takes pride in helping clients build strong foundations for personal and professional growth, encouraging them to keep going even when the path forward feels uncertain. With a steady and supportive approach, Gavin empowers individuals to take charge of their journey and embrace new opportunities with confidence.
