Before joining FIT, Marcus was searching for a way to create more stability for himself and his family. Like many clients entering the program, he faced employment challenges and uncertainty about the next step forward. Through FIT’s workforce guidance and vocational support services, he was introduced to career opportunities within commercial driving and transportation.
With support from his Case Manager, Marcus began building a structured employment plan focused on long-term growth and financial independence. FIT helped him navigate the training process, prepare for certification requirements, and stay focused throughout the program.
Through referrals, supportive services, and workforce partnerships, clients receive assistance tailored to their unique needs and employment goals.
From career planning and workforce preparation to vocational training support and long-term guidance, FIT helped Marcus navigate every stage of the process while building the skills, structure, and stability needed to pursue a sustainable career path within the transportation industry.
