Vocational Training Programs

BASIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Must Be 18 Years of Age or Older
  2. Must Be a Citizen or Legal to Work in the US
  3. Must Have a Valid Social Security Number
  4. Must Be a Nevada Resident
  5. Must Be in Compliance w/ Selective Service


HOW TO APPLY

Applications can only be submitted after attending an Orientation at the FIT office. Appointments for Orientation must be made by telephone at 702.367.4348 starting at 8:00 a.m. on the first business day of the week. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins; you must register by phone, and make an appointment for orientation, in order to begin a FIT program. Appointments also cannot be scheduled via email, letter or voicemail. Seating is limited, so anybody calling, after all available appointments for the week have already been filled, will be asked to try again the following week.

Auxiliary aids and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities. The TTY/TDD access number is (800) 326-6868 / Nevada Relay 711. A sign language interpreter may also be made available with twenty-four (24) hour advance notice. Equal Opportunity Employer/Program.
